This utility requires Kerberos authentication.
You must have a Kerberos password for the login you wish to use.
Hence, you need one of the following:

NOTE: If you are a student and enrolled in one of the Class Mailing Lists via banner, you can not change your email address on the list.
You should request that your campus mailid be redirected to the account at which you wish to receive all your email.
