    Hi Jameel,

    At UCD, we offer a Dissertation Year Fellowship which has a $20,000 stipend
    and pays summer, fall, winter and spring. We cover fees, no tuition, and
    provide the recipients with $500 for travel expenses and $500 to support
    their research.
