Dear Sir,
My name is Jordan R.Williams, I am the confidential Secretary/book-keeper to MR. MARK HARRY MOORE (SNR.), a national of your country, who was a contractor with Shell Development Company. On the 21st of April 2001, Mr. Moore, his wife and their two Children were involved in a car accident. All occupants of the vehicle unfortunately lost their lives.
Since then I have made several enquiries to your embassy to locate any of his extended family relatives, this has also proved unsuccessful, as the only traceable next of kin (Mr. Mark S. Moore of the University of North Texas) was also confirmed dead and already buried in Kansas, USA. After these several unsuccessful attempts, I decided to track his last name over the Internet, to locate any member of his family hence I located you. I have contacted you to assist in repatriating the money and property left behind by him before they will get confiscated or declared unserviceable by the bank and local government here. This huge deposit is in the Union Bank Plc where the deceased had an account with a closing balance of $9.92 Million dollars. The bank has requests for his next of kin to come up with claims, or have the account confiscated/closed within the next twenty-one working days.
Since I have been unsuccessful in locating the relatives for over 2 years, I seek your consent to present you as the next of kin of the deceased so that the proceeds of this account valued at $9.92 Million dollars can be paid to you and then you and I can share the money 50% to me and 50% to you. We shall obtain all necessary legal documents that can be used to back claims; I require your honest cooperation. Furnish me with your private telephone, fax detailed physical address. I guarantee that this will be executed under a legitimate arrangement that will protect you from any breach of the law.
Please if you are not interested, delete this mail.
Best Regards,
Mr. Joseph R. Williams
