Dear Loved Ones:
We, the Mountain View Community, would like to thank each and every one
of you for your help and loving participation in the National Spiritual
Assembly's Kingdom Project presentation that took place on Saturday,
December 2d.
The thoughts and energy devoted to the moving devotional
programs; buying and preparing delicious foods and refreshments; holding
lively and fun children's program; arranging the stage with beautiful
decorations; thoughtfully videotaping, photographing and managing the
event; specially welcoming the friends; smoothly directing the parking
needs; lovingly ushering the friends to their seats; and handling
speedily the call to clean up afterwards was all done with marvelous
love and efficiency.
You will be happy to know the National Spiritual Assembly
representative, the National Center assistant, the Regional Council
representative and the Auxiliary Board members, each commented on the
loving spirit and unity that prevailed during this entire event. In
addition, the San Francisco
Center staff has indicated they will attempt, at future events, to
handle the
parking logistics in a similar fashion. This was apparently the first
time such an effort had been made.
You will also be happy to know that several local assembly members have
said how touched they were by the morning session, and similarly many
friends
continue to e-mail commemts of their renewed spirits and the closeness
they now feel to the institutions.
We can only attribute this feedback to your inspired and dedicated
service to Baha'u'llah, and the power of love and unity in action.
As the hosting community, we are humbled by your response, and look to
serve and assist you in the future. Do call on us for any support you
may require, we will be honored to help.
