Wearble PocketPC systems?

    I was hoping to get some advice on a wearable system thatıs not rediculously
    expensive. Here are the requirements:
    1) Heads up display that can be used with both PocketPC handhelds and
    Windows XP laptops.
    2) Some form of mouse/trackball/whatever that can be used with ONE hand (or
    less???) to interact with the pocketpc and laptop.

    Suggestions? What should I be looking for in HUDs?
