I have a mask image created from a shapefile which, while capturing the
entire area I want to mask, the mask does not cover the entire N-S range of
the image I'm trying to apply the mask to, so when I save my mask "by file"
(the file being the image I want to apply it to) to create the "right" size
mask image, the N-S range is too short, so I can't use the mask. My
question is, what is the quickest way to add a border (values = 0) to the
N-S edges of the mask so I can properly apply this mask (e.g. How do I
"expand" the mask)?
