Fish meal/Oil

Dear Group
We have a surimi plant and we generate huge quantities of waste. I am
interested in converting this fish waste to some useful product which is
basically

1. Sclaes
2. Skin/ bone
3. Gut and head waste
4. Effluent

Can some one throw some light on how this can be done?
