was chair of organizing committee of the Food Micro 99 Congress.

Announcement for Proceedings
Dear colleague,
Food Micro'99, the international congress of the ICFMH was held in
Veldhoven, The Netherlands from 13-17 September. In total 673 scientists
from 57 countries participated in this congress.
Now the proceedings of the congress are available as a hard cover book
containing the reviewed submitted extended abstracts (2-4 pages each).
Only contributions which have not been published before have been
selected. The book contains 956 printed pages.
The contents comprises 13 chapters and the number of contributions are
indicated between the brackets.
