Packaging salmon to ship abroad

Dear Listers:
I am interested in finding out what is the best way to package fresh wild
salmon from California to Europe so that is arrives as hard as possible, and
that the skin arrives shiny with all it's scales.
I am talking about a ton gross weight per shipment.
