Could someone advice me on the feasibility of receivng roe bearing
salmon/herring whether in fresh/frozen state? The bottom line is the roe
should withstand the storage in terms of spoilage and remain optimum in
quality. If so, I would like to know the names of suppliers.
Secondly, if any one has leads as to the availability, specs and price on a
smallest possible salmon filleting machine. I appreciate the response.
