Hi Alberto,

As you may know, the State of Mississippi grows and processes 70% of the
U.S. supply of aquacultured catfish. Warmwater catfish aquaculture was
invented and developed with the aid of scientists at Mississippi State
University. We currently have two catfish aquaculture units, one on the
main campus where I reside and the other at the Delta Branch station in
Stoneville where the Thad Cochran Warmwater Aquaculture Center is located.
In addition, I work closely with processing plants on developing new unit
operations, HACCP implementation, and product quality and safety issues.

I would be happy to serve as a consultant or liason.
