NMFS HACCP Workshop for the Seafood Industry
Since 1992, the USDC/NMFS has offered HACCP Workshops for seafood industry
personnel. The NMFS HACCP Course is ideal for individuals and companies
interested in complying with the US FDA HACCP Regulation and other international
HACCP-based inspection systems.
Program Options
NMFS offers two program options; you can attend one of our Open Enrollment
Workshops scheduled throughout the country, or contact us for more information
on an On-Site Workshop.
Upcoming HACCP Schedule
The following three-day Open Enrollment HACCP courses will be offered by the
USDC National Marine Fisheries Service.
