CONFERENCE UPDATE

Nine weeks to go and it's all action at conference headquarters! The
preliminary program, CD information, competition, trade show, registration

CONFERENCE PROGRAMME

We have now established the basic conference program and are pleased to
advise that we have achieved an excellent balance of science & technology
with the catering, trade and retail sectors.

We have scientists and technologists from Norway, Iceland, United Kingdom,
Denmark, Germany, France, North America, New Zealand and Canada as well as
noted Australian identities from the aquaculture, marketing, catering, trade
and retail sectors. These speakers include Michael Moore, Director of food
Operations at the Sydney Opera House; Peter Shelley, Chairman of the
Australian Aquaculture Forum and formerly Chair of the International Salmon
Farmers association and formerly Managing Director of Australia's largest
aquaculture company, Tassal Pty Ltd. And John Susman, from Sydney's famous
"Rockpool" restaurant.

COMPETITION

We now have a diversity of entries for both categories, so add your
innovative product now. Television media promotion of this event is being
arranged and the cooking and presentation of the finalists products is
certain to be entertaining.

TRADE DISPLAYS

Trade booths are filling fast, with spaces already secured by suppliers of
packaging systems, products to enhance seafood quality and shelf-life,
freshness testing and convenience systems as well as research and
information providers.

CONFERENCE ON CD

Presentation, program sessions and keynote speaker interviews will be
available on a CD in high quality format, along with trade exhibitor and
delegate contact details. The CD will also show the competition and results
with additional space available for promotional advertising and hyperlinks
to your business through the world wide web - just ask us!
