The previous version of the chapter was published in their Air Pollution
Engineering Manual, I am updating it. It covers fish processing but is
primarily aimed at fishmeal processing. It all goes back to the freshness
of the raw material being processed. You didn't mention whether this was
fishmeal or other processing.
