Does anyone know if the following Fish diseases can present a risk for human
health ?
VHS : Viral Haemorrhagic septicaemia
IHN : Infectious Haemotopoietic necrosis
I'm not a seafood specialist and I wonder if the European Directive
91/67/EEC "animal health conditions governing the placing on the market of
aquaculture animals & products" can also be considered as a human health
security directive or only an animal health security directive.
I will send to the group a synthesis of the answers.
