Please, please, please.............."sushi" does not refer to fish, or any
species of seafood! Perhaps you are thinking of "sashimi" which does refer to
thinly sliced raw fish. If you all want to discuss the merits or dangers of
eating raw fish, please do not refer to it as "sushi," which, as another
poster has mentioned, is a flavored rice formed around or under other
ingredients such as vegetables, fish, etc.
