Here are some great seafood statistic links, many you are already aware of.
Although our organization is very dairy and food science oriented, I
occaisionally run across really good statistical information and would like to
share these with you. Please add them to your favorite fish pages or better
yet, print out a copy to share with your librarian or webmaster. Tell him/her
to be sure and visit the Fish Branch Library!

Subject: Regional U.S. Seafood Consumer Preferences

I am trying to locate any recent (last three years) regional studies on
consumer seafood preferences. The is a singular lack of good national
data (except the "disappearance" model used to calculate per capita
consumption) but I know that on occasion universities or regional
organizations undertake surveys to determine local seafood preferences.
I would greatly appreciate any references, citations or copies of such
material. Please email me directly.
