To Alan J. Snow
Thanks for your information on Omega three. I have a few questions =
regarding the structure of polyenoic fatty acids.

(1) When do we count the position of the double bonds from the =
terminal methyl group and when do we count from the carboxylic =
group.

(2) Do you have any information or publication on Nile perch oil or =
work on oils from similar fish (i.e.) Baramundi.

(3) What would be the best deodorising agent for Nile perch fish oil.

(4) Which is the best method for extracting EPA and DHA from fish =
oil.

Thanks and best regards.

J.C. OGUNJA
