I am trying to locate any recent (last three years) regional studies on
consumer seafood preferences. The is a singular lack of good national
data (except the "disappearance" model used to calculate per capita
consumption) but I know that on occasion universities or regional
organizations undertake surveys to determine local seafood preferences.

I would greatly appreciate any references, citations or copies of such
material. Please email me directly.
