PURPOSE
Since conception of the Seafood HACCP Alliance in 1993, the original
Steering Committee has met semi-annually in planning for the development
and delivery of the educational programs for seafood and aquacultured
product quality and safety. This 10th Alliance meeting will continue
this process with more work anticipated into 2000.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND ?
Any person, firm, agency or association with an interest in advancing
educational programs for the nation’s seafood and aquaculture industries
and the respective regulatory programs is cordially invited to attend
and address the Alliance Steering Committee. All attendees are
encouraged to critic, advise and recommend methods and topics for
consideration in fulfilling the Seafood Alliance’s educational roles for
seafood safety and quality in national and international commerce.
