The Conference is about INNOVATION in seafood products and processes and
encompasses all sectors of the seafood industry.
Examine the latest concepts in seafood products and presentation, packaging
technology,processing, production and handling, all within one exciting
event.
The conference offers participants the opportunity to:
* hear and see the latest in innovations from Australian and
International speakers
* showcase your innovative developments and products
* appraise new innovations
