Assistant Professor, Seafood Marketing & Business - Tenure-Track
University of Alaska Fairbanks
Marine Advisory Program (MAP)/Fishery Industrial Technology Center (FITC)
Responsibilities: Establish a seafood business outreach & assistance
program using the resources of MAP & FITC to support the AK seafood
industry. Identify marketing methods, conduct research & develop models to
address marketing problems in AK, assist new product planning through
market research. Provide business management assistance including
workshops to the AK seafood industry. Provide instruction in business
management & marketing analysis to the university & industry.
Qualifications: Master's or Doctorate in Business Management, Marketing,
Economics or related field
Location: Based either in Anchorage or Kodiak, AK
Salary: $45,780 to $50,685 per year plus benefits
