Re: shark skinning machine. There are probably several capable of doing the
job at least on skate wings and northern shark (dogfish) but so much depends
on the skin characteristics of your particular species of shark. In the past
some processors were quite successful with the Baader-47 others with the
Varlet or a variety of equipment adopted for the purpose from the red-meat

1-800-628-8019 and ask for Burt McBright. They may not have the equipment
but at least some useful leads.
