The Northern New England Seafood Alliance (NNESA), which has already
trained over 600 students in over 30 courses, has announced an
additional 3 day HACCP course.
The course will take place from December 1 to 3, 1998 at Orono, Maine.
The exact location is yet to be determined. The cost of the course will
be $250. AFDO approval pending.
