The parasites in your photographs are most likely larval trypanorynch cestodes of the Genus Tentacularia. They are not harmful to humans and do not pose a public health threat. They are an aesthetic quality problem only. The definitive host is most likely a shark species.

Are those hazardus as the they are not in the other part of the body?
