The Seafood Products Association and the Northwest Food Processors
Association (NWFPA) are jointly presenting a Food Labeling workshop on
May 21, 2008 from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. at the Swedish Cultural Center
(1920 Dexter Ave., N, Seattle, WA USA). Regina Hildwine (Grocery
Manufacturers Association Sr. Director of Food Labeling and Standards)
is the instructor and will give a general introduction on labeling
elements and then go into greater detail with nutrition labeling, health
claims, bilingual labeling, flavor/color/preservative statements and
