    Hi,

          I've been looking for information on the processed seafood market in
    USA, Europe and Asia but haven't had much joy. I'm looking for rules and
    regulations, trade statistics, incuding import/export figures (in terms of
    tonnage and monetary value, types of processed seafood such as those that
    use surimi and fish steak, etc.). I'm also looking up on the halal
    processed seafood industry too for similar information. Any ideas folks?
