Mr. Beutel will guide us through the questions that lead to the answers to sustainable seafood in the future.
* Dr. Lori Pivarnik, Coordinator, Food Safety Education/Research, Nutrition and Food Sciences Department of URI on "Be Happy, Eat Seafood" Dr. Pivarnik will give an overview on the health benefits of seafood and why what you're not eating can hurt you.
* Chef Brian Halloran of King & Prince Seafood Corp. on "Seafood Now! Cooking for Health, Sustainability, and Pleasure." Mr. Halloran will discuss why seafood looks, smells, and tastes great!
You may register on site or at www.culinology.com/regionalactivities. See the "Calendar of Events." The cost is $10.
