To: Seafood HACCP Discussion List
I have just posted the abstracts for this year's technical presentations
at the Pacific Fisheries Technologists, February 3-6, 2008 at the Hotel
Whitcomb in downtown San Francisco.

If you have been undecided about attending the PFT meeting, perhaps the
abstracts will give you a better perspective about the technical,
research and regulatory information that will be presented at this
international technical meeting for seafood processors, academics and
inspectors.
PFT registration information and directions to the hotel are posted on
the PFT web site at: http://seafood.ucdavis.edu/pft2008
The Pacific Fisheries Technologists international conference rotates
along the west coast states and countries. Next year the PFT conference
will be hosted by volunteers in Oregon.
Please let me know if you have any questions about this exciting seafood
conference. We have about 100 presenters and 120 topics during a 2-1/2
day time frame. In addition to learning what's new in the field and on
the horizon, it's an excellent chance to network and meet new colleagues
(nationally and internationally) who share your interests in seafood
technology.
