Laitram Machinery's 2008 Cooked Shrimp Processing Certification School is an excellent event for further education as well as networking with other industry professionals. Seating is limited, so register today!

The program was developed and is maintained by the academic expertise based at the University of Florida's Aquatic Food Products Program in Gainesville, Florida, in company with the commercial expertise based in Laitram Machinery in Harahan, Louisiana.
All participants that complete the course will be issued a formal "Certificate of Course Completion" that will be recognized by various state and federal authorities as well as commercial interests around the world.
