Dear All,

  The Mississippi Department of Marine Resources' Seafood Technology Bureau will be hosting a USFDA ORAU Training Course on Basic Plant Sanitation (FD140) on February 5-7, 2008.

  Attached are the details of the training course. This training in intended for Federal, State and Local regulators conducting inspections of Shellfish processing plants.

  Enrollment is limited to 40 persons. If you are interested, please send in your application forms ASAP.
