The 24th annual 3-day Seafood Technology Short Course is to be held from Feb
27-29 here in Halifax Nova Scotia. I have attached a PDF file of our brochure.
This course is intended to give a detailed condensed overview of most aspects
seafood technology and is intended for those individuals involved in seafood
production, retail or quality control activities.
Enrolment is limited to 30 individuals so please book your place as soon as
possible!
