fish protein isolates

    I have a question regarding the use of fish protein isolates. There are
    especially two possible scenarios I would like to get information on.

    1. I have a fish protein isolate and use it in some processed product, what
    are the labelling requirements (US and EU)?

    2. I have a fish protein isolate and use it in the same fish species, e.g.
    cod protein isolate injected into cod fillet. What are the labelling
    requirements if any?
