"Can frozen farmed salmon with color added through the feed be considered
    all natural?"

A definition of 'natural' in my dictionary is: 'as formed by nature without
human intervention.'. By this definition the product referred to is not
natural. But then no farmed product, aquatic or terrestrial, is 'natural' in
this sense. If there is an implication in the question that a food which is
not natural should not be consumed, then George is in for a very lean time.
