Hello,
Can someone please guide me as to where I could locate recent oyster consumption statistics in the US? It would be great if there were also statistics on how many lbs and value for each type of oyster, and the amount that is consumed on the half-shell, etc. So far, I have bits and pieces of information from the Pacific Coast Shellfish Growers Association (94 million lbs) and various Internet sites but a report would be much appreciated.
