Once again a question from the Public Analyst, clearly he likes me at the moment.
Is there a best time of the year for testing for veterinary residues in farmed fish? And here I am talking UK again, so seasonality may have relevance. The species would be Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) and Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar).
Many thanks
