Looking for information regarding the possibility of having two different
products being processed in the same processing room.
The actual product is Canned Crab Meat and we want to process Crab Cakes
in the same area.
I heard that there's a possibility of cross contamination due to the
ingredients used for the crab cake production.
Our processing room is big enough but we want to do it in a different
shift, after desinfection and cleaning of the previous processing.
If you have an input it would be very appreciated.
