The full set of aquaculture statistics production and value statistics is
available in FAO's FishStat data base. Go to
http://www.fao.org/fi/website/FIRetrieveAction.do?dom=topic&fid=16073&lang=en
where you will see the information on how to download the database and the
associated software.
Note that the statistics include production of freshwater and brackish water
fish, not just seafood.
