For most of the year, the total Omega 3 content is between 23.5 and
26%. The DHA is between 6 and 7% and the EPA is between 12.5 and 14%.
The concentration doesn't change much between seasons, but the yield of
oil from round fish does. The concentration of omega 3 does change
depending on the location where the pollock were harvested, most likely
due to the change in their diet.
