       I also have the same querries here. I am starting on Microbiological Testing on Plant hygiene, Fish products and personnel hygiene and water testing both for Potable water and Waste water and need some assistance in the following.
       
      1. Laboratory set up
      2. Equipment calibration
      3. Laboratory manuals/ procedures- Which standard methods to use
      4. Safety in the laboratory
      5. Training of personnel
      6. Laboratory audits
      7. Verification activities for our seafood Processing plant

      Scope of Work:
        
       Evaluation of laboratories in terms of:
      v Laboratory structure.
      v Safety.
      v Calibration of laboratory Machines and Instruments.
        
       Evaluation of the proposed Quality Manual.
       Evaluation and validation of the chemical and microbiological analyses and providing standard analyses methods.
       Evaluation of the Stores for Chemicals and Consumables in terms of arrangement as well as safety.
       To provide European and International Standard limits for some analyses carried out in the center.
       Propose an International Organizations that assist in providing proficiency tests for the analyses carried out in FQCC.
       Training of the staff in implementing and compliance with ISO17025.
       
      The Expert should propose the time frame based on the above mentioned scope of work. Upon the evaluation the Expert should provide recommendations to rectify the outcome shortages, and then guide the staff to adopt the recommendations.
