    Dear Nagat

I would like to support the comments in the previous responses to your
request. Your question is too broad and too vague to respond to. The
literature on ill health arising from consumption of fishery products is far
too large to summarise in a simple response. A few years ago I wrote a
review of public health aspects of aquaculture products which has over 200
references, and I probably read, though do not cite, at least as many. I
mention this not because task anything special, but as an example of what is
required just to survey one small, specialised, aspect of the subject. Yes,
make your search by the traditional route of reading books and other hard
copy publications; the Internet is nowhere near comprehensive or
representative enough, though useful when you have a specific question to
ask. Once you have decided which part of the subject you wish to study in
depth then it would be worthwhile posing specific questions to the group.
Don't forget that most members of this Listserve are working people and even
myself, though retired, wonder how I found the time to go to work.

    Best wishes for your project.

    Peter Howgate
