Water capacity

Dear Sir ,

Could you please tell me the water requirements in a Fish processing plant
as per my understanding it is *1 : 10 ratio i.e 1 Kg of fish : 10 litre of
water *but I need to be sure before declaring to Local authority to get the
water usage and waste water discharge rights.And also waht is the EU
requiremnets capacities wise .
