The Seafood Science and Technology of the Americas (SST) will be hosting
their 31st annual meeting jointly with the Gulf and Caribbean Fisheries
Institute (GCFI) in Punta Cana, DR - November 5 - 9, 2007.

This year's featured topics include: spiny lobster symposium and school,
seafood species identification, histamine in seafood and FDA's HACCP
update.
