    Dear Vijoy,

Thanks for the reply, I am working in the seafood processing since last 12
years but first time in my career I have seen a plant with low ceiling of 3
m height and I have given a task of getting EU approval for this plant , and
we have planned the Nile perch filleting and while filleting operations
blood and scales will fly till ceilings, and will stain the ceiling I have
experienced this one of plant I was working with, as it is a very big and
fast operations with fishes with average weights of 10 kg each. So my worry
is operational and at the same time how we will be able to clean the ceiling
frequentely when the opertaion is continued under the same ceiling and
whether EU will allow us .

    Thanks & Regards,
