    Dear Sir/ Madam

    I want to know the standard height of ceiling in a fish processing plant as
    required for EU approval for the Facility and also the depth in inches for
    the foot dips / wash.
    reason behind this queries is that we are rehabilitating our old faclity of
    Nile perch processing to meet EU standard and approval but the ceiling
    height of the building from the floor is only 3 m.
