Hello seafood colleagues.

I have a request from a student at Auburn University in Alabama for information regarding the live fish market in the U.S., such as the yearly demand and prices paid by species. He specifically asked about high-value species, i.e., snapper, grouper, and seatrout.

Does anyone know where to find this information?
