Dear seafood colleagues,
Please join us for the 52nd Annual Atlantic Fisheries Technology Conference to be held in Portland, Maine from November 4 – 7th, 2007.
The theme for this year’s conference is “Enhancing Seafood Choices: Quality, Technology, and Products”.
The conference will feature six primary sessions:
- Seafood choices, a consumer’s perspective
- Seafood quality and aquaculture products
- Seafood processing and preservation technology
- Seafood products and ingredient technology
- Special industry-regulatory round table
- Special industry forum on product commercialization
