Hi
As far as I know, there has been no guidance from the European Commission on
the new EU Health Certificate.
However, the UK Food Standards Agency has issued some guidance as a Fishery
Information Note. It is FIN/05/2007 and it is available here:
http://www.food.gov.uk/multimedia/pdfs/fin052007.pdf. This is of course only
the UK's understanding of how the certificate has to be filled.

Subject: New EU Health Certificate
Hello
I am looking for a guidance document on how to correctly fill in the new EU
health certificate, which has to be used since May 2007. Is there any
official document on this published by the FVO for use in third countries
exporting to the EU?
