    Dear all:

     

    I have heard about carbon monoxide use for treatment of raw tuna (frozen and
    refrigerated tuna) as a preservative but I've never heard about the same use
    or addition of carbon monoxide for another uses in frozen COOKED tuna loins.
    Could somebody help me??
