    Dear Colleagues:

Our laboratory at North Carolina State University is seeking other
research groups with interest in collaborating on histamine producing
bacteria associated with fresh fish. We are developing a new molecular
method for isolation and quantification of histamine producing bacteria
in fish. Our primary need is to expand our library of bacterial isolates
in order to test and validate our new method. We are particularly
interested in bacteria isolates associated with fresh yellowfin tuna
    (/Coryphaena hippurus/) and mahi-mahi (/Thunnus albacares/) from the
genera Morganella, Raoutella, Enterobacter, Hafnia and Photobacterium.
If your research group is interested in collaborating with us on this
area of research, please contact us directly at (252) 222-6304 or
dpg@ncsu.edu <mailto:dpg@ncsu.edu>. Thanks for your kind response.

    David Green
